Don?t buy from this location ???????? I got a vanilla ice coffee and Mac and cheese. When I took a sip of my coffee I realized... that was quite bitter, so I came back to add some sweetener, ?I didn?t want a new one, I just wanted to fix it?, the girl on thedrive through calls the one in the window so they can fix it. The girl in the window was extremely rude and unprofessional, witha bad attitude gave me a new one with some slimy tuff in the bottom of it and made me try to make sure it was how I wantedbefore I drove away. Everyone that worked there was laughing and staring at each other like it was funny. ? I don?t even want toknow what was that slimy stuff, I just threw it away, SUPER FREAKING GROSS! I paid for a service, it wasn?t free, no costumerdeserves that. I have been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, and I have never seen this. Very unprofessional, rudeand immature staff. I came during dinner time with both lines FULL, but all I wanted was gift cards. I asked a crew member who was obviously leaving... the building to go on break. He was so courteous and helpful in getting the cards for me. No one was inconvenienced with himhelping me because he ran back to the pick up register to get the cards for me and brought the receipt and gift receipts!!! Just ordered food using the app and they got our order wrong ?? we got tea instead of coke and no chick fl a sauce. I read... through other reviews and it seems like this location also just doesn?t care that it?s customer base is disappointed. Went with the grandkids yesterday evening for dinner. Went to the drive-thru because I forgot we were going inside when you have... two little ones it takes a decision to want to go inside a restaurant and I hadn't taken them out together in public very often.One is five and the other one is 9 months and he walks and he gets into everything. 5-year-old thinks he's a ninja. The market salad is delicious! The strawberries are sweet and the grilled chicken is superb. I love the fact that you get... romaine lettuce and other greenery. The salad is definitely a winner and the apple cider vinaigrette is OMG! My boyfriend and I just got lunch to-go from this location and we unfortunately left with cold soggy fries, wilted lettuce on... our sandwiches and cold nuggets. Very disappointed that they neglect good quality food going out just to be able to providequick fast service. I have never felt disrespected by Chick-fil-A before until tonight. Did a mobile order tonight waited in the drive through for... about 15-20 mins while other people are getting their food . I got asked if I had another payment.. told the person I alreadypaid... He stated he would let the people inside aware. Finally got up to the window they asked what the name was ... Said theyneeded payment... Asked to see my phone which I was not comfortable with that asked to see a bank statement... Like really?Night time employees at this location are very unprofessional.
