Not sure what all of the hype is about. The food is good, but it's nothing special. Service seems above average and staff are... very professional. If you want a good chicken sandwich, you'll get one. As a side, the mac and cheese is very good for a quickserve restaurant. Read more
It may be newly rebuilt but is still terrible. I don?t eat this place much but whenever I do it?s a mess! One of the last times... I came here there was a hair in my food! On top of that this last incident I went there at 9:20pm and ordered my food to onlyget home and it wasn?t even the correct order by far! However I went late so they were already closed when I found out and by myluck the hurricane was the next day and they where closed. I called in the day after to hopefully receive a refund for most ofmy food I did not receive and he told me since I didn?t call same day I could not receive my refund. Even though they closedafter I got my food and the hurricane was the next day. He then tried to give me coupons like I want to keep coming to a placethat gives me hairy and incorrect food! I don?t even eat there often and I won?t be back. The male manager wasn?t evensympathetic at all and was supposed to pass my name and number along to the higher up manager. However he disclosed that shedoesn?t even care to do call backs, she just throws coupons at unhappy customers. I?m guessing he was correct because it hasbeen a week and she hasn?t bothered to contact me. Truly pitiful. Read more

Jeff Bucy at The Town Center location was so kind and helpful when I made a mistake with my order. The store was very busy time... and he really helped me out and was just so gracious. I?ve always loved the way Chick-fil- A has their associates use mannersand kindness when dealing with their customers, but today Mr Bucy went above and beyond and I am so very thankful. What can you say, other than it?s Chick-fil-a :) Food is always hot and tasty and the service is friendly. Chick-fil-a... restaurants tend to be busy in general, but especially at the Town Center, so keep that in mind when coming here during peakhours. Other than that, great place to grab a bite to eat. Took forever. 15 minutes. I've been at other locations that had 2 lines simultaneously and STILL got my food faster there!... Definitely could've been expedited more efficiently. At least the food is delicious. Read more
Just the loveliest person standing outdoors, facilitating our experience in the drive thru line through at peak lunch hour on... the very busy day before Thanksgiving. The location is adjacent to many retail establishments, cars and people everywhere. Iappreciated not only that person's extremely pleasant, professional manner and knowledgeable command of the menu offerings, butalso that gluten free options existed among those offerings -- very rare in fast food. We were tired and weary travelers whowere efficiently served a solid meal at a fair price, and, despite the hectic surroundings, were treated especially well -- asif there were no rush and we were the only customers there -- and all in a surprisingly brief period of time.
