I live right by this location and would travel to the next just to not have to deal with them. This location is super slow,... always messes up the order, and has the most unprofessional bunch working for them. My order is never right. Once received a a coke zero that was nothing but carbonated water, ordered grilled nuggets and got... fried and once ordered grilled chicken club and got a regular fried chicken sandwich. Easily one of the better Chick-fil-A spots that I have been to. An oversight was made with my order but one of the managers... quickly corrected it in a very professional manner. Kudos to you young lady. I ordered my meal inside the restaurant. Afterfinishing my meal, a young man who worked there approached me. It was raining like cats and dogs outside so imagine my surprisewhen he informed me that he would walk me to my car, umbrella in hand. That's what I call going above and beyond. Great experience as always. Got an egg white grill sandwich and the chicken was super dry. Still giving a five because it was... on me that i didn't say something. Got a breakfast bowl too. Made to perfection. Customer service was spot on! CFA alwayssets the bar there. I'm thinking other businesses need to come here, grab a chicken sandwich, sit back and take notes. In general, this is a good Chik fila but today at 5:00pm the nuggets (fried) tasted room temperature and the fries was warm but... soggy. Could have been sitting out for while. If you plan on getting this 8 ct meal around 5pm, double check with the staff tomake sure it will be hot and fresh. Read more

Love Chick fil A? and the staff at this location are always very friendly. However, their service level is a good bit slower... than any of the other locations in the area, and, they often make mistakes such as forgetting fries. Also, for picking up foodit?s all done out of one window, one car at a time instead of having food runners like all other locations do. The manager isvery nice, but it just seems like this location needs some enthusiasm and needs some process improvement. Again, the staff isalways very nice. Read more
