This is the 3rd time my chicken nuggets were undercooked. The smaller nuggets are fine however the larger bits were undercooked.... Last time I was here, I was told to order them double well done and I got nuggets Hard as a rock. After speaking to the managerand being assured that today my nuggets would be cooked properly, I was served undercooked nuggets again. When I went back toshow them, I got a rude "okay" from the manager and he just walked off. Thanks guys! Read more

My chick fil a was made with love today. It was so warm, fresh and delicious. It even stayed warm till I got to the kids school... on the other end of town. Trying to get in and out of drive thru was the only issue I experienced. Read more
This location is super busy. The 3 stars are not for service but for the system and steps the guests have to do to dine in. The... dining room was full with very few spots available. My order was taken real quickly. I have nit been to a chick fil A since theCovid shut down. They no longer have the condiments in a tea for the guests to Help themselves. You need to ask for ketchup andmayonnaise too and hot sauce. They also fill your cup with your choice of drink but if you want more you have to leave your food(what if you are dining alone) and stand in line to ask for either more condiments or drink refills! I am not in favor of thatstep especially with Covid! Too many hands touching my cup and putting the lid back on!!! The staff are very polite et everyoneis working so fast to serve the guests. As much as I love Chick Fil A I may not go again because I do t want to leave my foodunattended to get a drink refills or more condiments. Read more
