Service was extremely poor today! I was sent a text that my pick up order was ready at 1:45pm but I was standing there for... another 5 minutes waiting had to actually call in to get someone to even acknowledge me and I still didn?t receive the orderuntil about 1:56pm. One kids meal was a complete disaster it was supposed to be grilled nuggets and fruit but def wasn?t. 3 kidsmeals 2 drinks and my Sunjoy was made wrong. Read more
45 minutes in the drive through, they forgot my tots, and instead of an iced coffee they gave me a hot... Oh and the chick told... me to stop, put cones up, but didn't tell me to merge so I sat there for 15 minutes waiting...You won the worst chick FIL aexperience award. Read more
Disheveled and unclean dining area, sub par service and mediocre food. Lauren,the cashier at the time, attempted to convince me... I ordered an orange juice for a kids meal by claiming ,"you LITERALLY asked for an orange juice". I didn't, I pointed at theapple juice and said 'apple juice'. Why a person would want an orange juice with nuggets is beyond me but apple juice is thedrink juice I request every single time I go. Considering high school/freshman kids seem to have something to prove,she was allkinds of abrasive. Maybe she was having a bad day and didn't want to bother the manager to void the wrong item. Who knows. Whenwe sat down to eat,the food runner came to our table and stood on top of my husband's foot before walking away. Not sure how youwouldn't feel organic matter shifting under your feet,let alone apologize if and when you realized it. My husband and I hadlukewarm spicy chicken deluxes. I think the only food that was actually hot were the kids nuggets and the fries. Hopefully thislocation has more to offer during the week as opposed to the weekend. Read more
Ashanti was working in the drive thru & she was so sweet. My kids were yelling in the background & she kept a smile the whole... entire time!
