I ordered a number 7. The menu showed the price as 7 and change. When I paid at the window it was 9.01. I thought that was a... little more than it should have been but paid anyway. When I got home the receipt showed it was for an upgrade to medium. I hatewhen I'm automatically bumped in size. If I wanted a larger size I would have asked for it. Sorry but I feel ripped off. Came in today and ordered a Deep Sea Double combo Fresh Everything Was re-fried.I?ve been in this industry for over 10 years and... all it takes is a few extra minutes if you don?t have a passion for fast food or cooking period it?s simply use another skillset and choose another career..And Here?s the kicker there was no one in Line.I?m really disappointed just because it?s not a 5star restaurant ppl still eat here and spend their money. Food was fresh and staff friendly. The line in drive through moved quickly and out order was correct.
I work in fast food and deal with a lot the lady working the window was very rude. I know how to place my order correctly from... beginning to end but getting loud with me because you didn't understand is my fault so my comment to ask why were you yellingwas valid she than proceed to look all in my car and got smart mouthed saying I was causing problems. I left without my orderwhich was disappointing because I just got off work and wanted hot food. I hope she has a better night or a change in career. Read more
Got to the line at 12:40 , it's now almost 1:30 and the line has not moved not one car, I haven't even been able to place my... order yet, and I'm stuck between cars and can't leave. Probably will be here for another hour from the looks of it. Read more
Food is good, wait is unreasonably long. Lady on the mic during night shift is very accommodating. Only other thing is that... there is a STRONG sulfuric, rotten egg odor as soon as you pull into the parking lot (the smell is NOT coming from inside therestaurant!) Oh gosh it is a repulsive smell!
