Slow service. Double Buford is best hamburger in town. No inside service. Walk up, or drive up only.

This place is horrible. The whole menu went up at least 40% up to 90% which is way more than McDonald's, Burger King and... Wendy's. On top of that I waited more than 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Here is the kicker, they were out of allthree I items I ordered. If you are going to raise prices that high, give better service and stock up on your inventory. Read more
After this trip I think I'm done with fast food. This is a checker so they have a double sided drive-through they made me pay on... one side and then go back around to the other side to pick up my food while I was by myself leaning over to the passenger windowto pick it up. Very strange, but I can deal with that. what I can't deal with Is the fact that I paid $11.27 for a 5 piecetender with large fry and wound up getting 3 tenders tenders only one ranch sauce(comes with 2 per the Receipt). I'm uncertainhow a business Can go on constantly making mistakes. If I ran my business like this I would not be in business. And I don'thave time to drive backup there to tell some the employees ( Who are probably showing up so they don't get fired)that they madea mistake and they need to fix it. Read more

Came to this location at 1030 and was told they didn?t open till 11 but saw them give another car food. So what time do u... really open also when I pulled up they said welcome to checkers and I started my order and then they quick talking to me. And Ipulled to the window and that is when they said they don?t open till 11. I have seen them give out several orders to people. First time to checkers. Asked if I could have chili cheese fries added to my order as it was forgotten from answering all the... questions from the automated drivethru. The cashier called back to have them made and some woman screams back to have me go backthrough the drivethru. I was the only one in line so it made no sense. Cashier was really cool and didn?t want to have me dothat but she was steadily yelling it. I ended up telling him not to worry about it. My burger looked like a child put ittogether also. Definitely disappointing and I will not return to the checkers at 5927 university blvd in Jax. Read more
