Ordered a chicken Bite and fries Box on last night this is what I received. Was to tired to take it back so took it this morning... and requested their corporate office number. The manger on duty advised she don?t know the number off the top of her head and Iwould need to go online to find it. I just said to give me a refund she then advised I have to wait later in the day as she do tknow how to do it. Totally awful location (and food chain). Of course we all know this. No one actually likes Checkers or prefers it over any other... fast food restaurant. It?s literally the last resort. However, after a night of flight delays, I finally made it home but washungry. The website, the app, and every food delivery service on planet earth clearly states this location closes at 3AM. At12:15 I placed an order through a food delivery app. The driver was picked, and he was on the way to pick up the food. An hourlater, there is no food. I speak to the driver. He is equally upset. He said he is a young father and left his wife and newbornat home to try and fulfill this order. He said he could see employees in the restaurant dancing and blasting music; but no onewould come to the window or take an order. Who manages this location? Every employee should be fired. I honestly don?t careabout the food. I care some poor father left his house to try and fulfill a food delivery order only for the trashy employeesmock him and refuse to take the order. If corporate reads this. Fire everyone. Checkers is already the worst fast food onearth. Don?t compound that by hiring the worst night staff on earth. If those are the options, just shut it down. Paid, didn?t even receive our change, took 30 mins and we had a person in front of us waiting longer and other people as well.... The people were don?t giving food and they seemed like they were in drugs! We demand our money back! Read more
If you're going to this Checkers you've got to ask yourself, what's really going wrong with your day that you need to stop at... this place to get some food? The probability of you getting your order correct is Slim to none, and the food tastes like 7 monthold dirty cooking oil. The service is on par with one of those restaurants that pays its employees to be mean. The hobo Villageoutside has built up a pretty decent trash pile if you're looking to go sightseeing.. but don't talk to them because they willrun up on you with a broken beer bottle demanding money for some slop that Checkers serves. Just drive a few more miles and gofind another restaurant. Read more

The store was decent. The robot taking the order threw us off and did not confirm our order nor make sure anything was correct.... We had to wait about 10 extra minutes in a parking spot for the food to come out. There was a large homeless population nearby,got approached by a male who even stated he was mentally unstable and didn't know his own capabilities and really needed somemoney, he even had a knife in his pocket. Male left the convenience store nearby with alcohol and sat feet away from thevehicle. Will not re visit this location do to this situation. Read more
Just left here not even 10 minutes ago and ordered garlic Parm fries wanted large was told they only had regular cool whatever... it's late at night the guy was nice I wasn't bothered . It's a simple order so I wouldn't expect the kitchen to mess it up.....not only was I given bacon cheddar fries I didn't check the order im hungry and started eating and realized not only was itthe wrong the ng my fries were burnt ????... Like how do you mess up that bad now there's was only me and one other car whichwas there before me so they weren't overwhelmingly busy . My experience on Kings Rd was the worst ???? ???? My whole order was completely made wrong. The drink was flat on top of all... that the young lady that works the drive thru had an straight attitude. Wow! Please check your food and go before she getsthere. Wanna give this a Zero they need new staff these kids have attitudes and the managers have no control. Read more
