Let's first start with the terrible automated ordering system.. To my second & most frustrating experience, I was told they... couldn't just remove the bun. You have to place your order through a automated bot rather than a person which makes simple changes awkward. The food has been... consistently cold to the point that the cheese will not even melt on the burgers and the oil for the fried food typically leavesan old burnt taste on everthing cooked in it. I gave 2 stars because they do typically get orders correct. Read more

Wanted to charge extra for extra Mayo, wanted to charge extra for pickles. ?Kelly? was more focused on her phone with short... responses than caring about the customer. Food was fine. In this day and age it is rare to get something as ordered. So you get five stars. Is checkers really a five star meal? Food... made to order. Inexpensive. Quick. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. 6.50= 2 double checker burgers. Read more
I went through the drive thru and they had some machine taking the orders instead of a person. The machine didn't even give me... the total. On top of it all they missed a sandwich. The worst part about it is the number they have on the receipt isdisconnected, so I can't call them to get this corrected and I don't live close so I don't want to drive back; considering theprice of gas.
