Let's first start with the terrible automated ordering system.. To my second & most frustrating experience, I was told they... couldn't just remove the bun. As someone with celiac disease it's ludicrous they couldn't just not put it on a bun. Needless tosay won't even attempt to spend my money at this company again. Read more
You have to place your order through a automated bot rather than a person which makes simple changes awkward. The food has been... consistently cold to the point that the cheese will not even melt on the burgers and the oil for the fried food typically leavesan old burnt taste on everthing cooked in it. I gave 2 stars because they do typically get orders correct. Read more
