2 stars because the gentleman who took my order is always super polite and professional. Rolls were old today and my two... regulars with X meat & cheese were not cut, not seasoned and no peppers and onions. 30 bucks for 2 cheesesteak that left abitter taste in my mouth and pocket. I went to this location to get my family dinner. There were two cashiers open. One was helping a customer and the other stood... there and stared at the customer the other was helping. I had to ask if Destiny could take my order. In all honesty, I shouldhave gotten the manager because the attitude I received from Destiny was uncalled for. I placed the first part of my order andshe got it wrong, so I repeated it. When I did the second and third time, she snapped back with "I heard what you said". If sheheard me, then why was my order wrong on the screen. I placed my second order and same issue. She stared at me after words. Itold her that was it and again all I got was a glare from her. After, I stepped aside and waited. The next person she helped,destiny was a little friendlier, however, she got her drink right away. So I waited to see if she would get mine next. Destinydid not. I got my food (which was half right) and told her I'm still waiting on my drink. After destiny made it, she slammed iton the counter and glared at me again!! If you're going to continue to have employees with attitude issues, then I suggest youfind new employees who are not fresh out of high school and don't want to be there. This is my third visit to the store and eachtime was a poor experience but this one may have put the nail in the coffin for me. I seriously doubt I will be returning tothis location. Read more

Such a great product except for it being a little bit pricey but we?re ruined it for me is a terrible customer service the girl... at the counter straight up turned her back to us and was talking trash about us to other employees right in front of us. Weasked to speak to the manager she was a nice lady but you could tell she was afraid of her employees she apologized andbasically said her hands were tied. Located inside Walmart. We ordered 2 Regular Steak and Cheese. I ordered mine just like it says on the menu. Onions, mushroom... and green peppers. The young lady asked if I also wanted lettuce tomato and mayo. I said no thanks. Just like the menu. Sheargued with me that it comes with lettuce tomato and mayo. I finally convinced her how I wanted my sandwich and she turned tothe person next to her and said "some people got to be difficult"... There were 4 or 5 people standing at the registers when wecame in. All talking and laughing. There wasn't a clean table in the place. The floor in the dining area was filthy. The foodprep area was filthy. One young man came out to get the trash but he just pushed it down some then returned to the food preparea. Played with his hair and helped prepare food. No gloves .no hand washing. I would avoid this place. I do not imagine itwill last long. I am notifying the health department today. What a waste. It could have been a nice place to get a sandwich.
