So my boyfriend ordered our food around 7:50pm. Now I think there was a miscommunication, but I got chicken instead of steak. I... brought back my whole order untouched and the lady remade my sandwiches. Now I'm not sure about anyone else but I don't want hotsandwiches and cold fries. Why is it so hard to cook us fresh fries. It's literally 9:20pm now and I'm going home with soggyfries. The way she was staring at me like I'm crazy for wanting my fries remade. This was not a good first time experience. I placed an online order, as I had a limited time window. The app requires an upfront... payment, even better, that means they should prepare the order (one sandwich) as promised on the app (3:01 pm). I arrived at3:05 pm, and was told, "they just started your order." Ten minutes later I inquired as to the time it would be ready? Theresponse was "He didn't see your order" when I asked how much longer? She turned and picked up a bag that was sitting on theback counter for some time and said "here" When I asked how long it had been there, I got a very ignorant shrug of theshoulders. I went here 3 time when this places first opened. I'm not sure what happened between now and then but I will not be returning if... they don't bring back the original staff that was there when they opened. The customer service was horrible and my food waswrong. The guy there made me pull up my app to verifying my name when all he had to do was look at my ID though I've never beenasked to do that any other time. We wasn't greeted when we walked in like the 3 other times. We waited about 5 mintes beforethey addressed us. My husband tried to get the young lady attention and she stated she didn't speak English. I went there yesterday. The food was good the place was clean. The customer service needs improvement. The lady taking my order... acted like she couldn't speak plain English. At some points she was mumbling. The lady that brought my food out was rude. Shehanded me the bag I said thank you she turned her back and walked away did not say your welcome or have a nice day. I am excitedto have a Charley's closer to home and would like to see better customer service. If their going to take orders they need tospeak English and speak clearly. Attended Ribbon Cutting of new store on Normandy Blvd inside of Walmart. I was very eager to try everything on the menu,... however, I had the Chicken Philly Cheesteak and 6 piece Bone in wing with Carolina Sauce as my flavor. The food was amazing!Generous portions, Hot, fresh looked like the actual pictured product!!! Congratulated the Owner and many blessings of success.He is very customer focused and is providing a top tier menu.... The customer service was horrible. The cashier was on the phone the whole time. She didn't greet me and I had to ask if she was... talking to me. Every time i paused to look over the menu she'd start back up with her conversation. As I was finishing my ordershe continued with her phone conversation and I had to interrupt her because she missed part of my order. The receipt saysLorena V.
