I decided to go to this location for the first time yesterday with My Wife. I decided to try out one of their sandwiches. It was... good, but it was luke warm and the cheese wasn't even that melted. Decided to try Charley's the other day for lunch having never been here before. I went through the drive thru so I can only... review the food. Guy at the speaker was pleasant and not rude or rushed. I visited today for lunch and my meal looked delicious. I took 3 bites out of the sandwich and I couldn't tell what was wrong... with the taste and smell. I then asked about the cheese and they said it was provolone. I couldn't eat anymore of it because itwas just not appealing or tasty. I wanted my money back but maybe they needed it more than me. They made mistakes on first order weeks ago. They made it right this time to perfection. Fries were hot sandwiches were done... correct. My I add these were the BEST cheese steaks I ate in sometime!! My daughter rated it a 4 and I a 2, so we compromised with a 3 star rating. It's overpriced in my opinion, customer service was... seriously lacking with the younger teenagers working. There was one person who actually talked and was able to do somethingother than push a button on the register. We didn't know for $10 we weren't getting a meal, so we had to make a 2nd order fordrinks and fries. The fries were good, cheesesteak sandwiches were okay, definitely not the best I've had. If the price was alittle better and this location focused on customer service then I think it could be much better. I don't see returning veryoften if things stay the same though. Read more
