It's very upsetting to leave this review, this is my local regular spot I go to after work, but this particular day 11/25/22 was... the absolute worst, I ordered my regular a baked white fish dinner with double broccoli and a side of jalapeño poppers, I didnot check my bag because my order was always on point except this day, I got all the way home to open my food box to tray offhush puppies, I immediately jumped up, put on a robe (was changed into pj's by then) drove back up to the restaurant anddemanded my money back and my food, they explained one or the other could only be granted and I chose my money back, themanager proceeded to refund me and told me she could not because 40 minutes had passed for her to do so, I asked for cash backsince this was my debit card & the going lady said she could do that neither, told me I can call the GM in the morning, so nowI'm feeling like I've been robbed and called the police, once they arrived they told me this was a civil matter and to take itup with the courts, here it is 11/29/22 and I've called this establishment everyday and no manager has called me back to atleast apologize or try to fix the situation, I've contacted their cooperate because no one cared enough to address what happenedto this loyal customer, if this how they treat a regular then someone don't need to be in management, because the disrespectcomes from up then trinkles down, so sad I had to leave this ????? I was very disappointed with my last order. The Lobster meat was cold and did not tease right and the rolls was stale.
Best captain Ds I?ve ever been to. It?s rare to have a great experience these days when you eat fast food so I had to leave a... review. These guys were on their A game today and treated my coworker and myself like royalty. Read more

Waited 30 minutes for a doordash. The lobby was closed when I arrived, and I went through the drive thru to inform them of my... doordash order which was only a Large Fried Okra, a Gallon Sweet Tea, Regular hush puppies and a 2 piece Catfish and butterflyshrimp and fries. I was told to park in the handicap and they would bring it out. While waiting these 30 minutes, the drive thrupersisted to get longer and longer which by logic, told me they were not making the door dash order and were only making drivethru orders. I've worked fast food before so I know how it works with these people and their drive thru time. They don't careabout service and only care about making there drive thru time look good to their bosses. Unacceptable to say the least. But tolie as if the order just wasn't ready is low down considering they just REFUSED to make it in a timely manner. Duly noted toNEVER accept doordash orders from this location again. Read more
Sometimes good, but lately just more of people cooking seafood and I'm interrupting there time to hangout by ordering food. Then... the fish I spent $15 on came out wet and not crisp and black burnt pieces on it, like grease was old. Got pics but can't add onhere. Read more
Food is great and so is the price
Every time I order Captain D?s something is left off my order. I ordered a pint of Mac & Cheese and they said they were out of... Mac and cheese and would substitute for other items. I asked for Fried okra and corn. We did not receive the substitutions nor arefund. Read more
