It's a long time since I've had Captain D's and after my recent experience it'll probably be a long time before I do it again. I... understand that help is hard to come by and therefore will not criticize the weigh. However the order came out wrong and I wasway overcharged but having wasted as long as I did I simply wasn't going to bother going back round. Sometimes it's easy just tonot go back than it is to try and get something sorted out. Read more
Food was good Order taker confused but got it right. Took some time to get food , but it was hot and fresh. Don't eat Captain... D's often but when I do , it consistently good ,hot , fresh when getting it , just be prepared to wait. Need more Captain D'saround the states. Read more
A worker met me outside to ask what I wanted because they were out of almost everything...then I ordered a couple things they... did have, 20 minutes later I made it to the window, to then be asked what was my order. Rude! Ordered a pickup DoorDash order got a text saying it was ready , get to the store (45 minutes after I placed order) and... they hadn?t even started the food yet! Cashier said ?YOU CAN GO AHEAD AND LEAVE IF YOU WANT? why would I leave without gettingthe food that I already paid for?
