I just drove through. So hot and so good perfect food and customer service. A great experience
I hate to do this but my experience tonight (10/13/22) was ridiculous!! It was a simple thing, I had 5 meals and asked for tater... sauce, they gave none, then tell me it's in my bag. Nope. Find out il also missing my fish. Go inside they throw 4 tinypackets of tartar and say "there I gave it to you", excuse me? 5 meals? I asked for extra and got ignored. Finally theyaggressively give 4 small more packs. The food isn't good without the tartar sauce. I paid $64 for this visit to be treated inthis fashion. Extremely ridiculous, I would have paid for extra tartar if I had too. But, wow. Just wow. Read more
The last time I was there it was great, which is normal. This time: the batter is not the golden brown extra crispy it used to... be; the fish was mush, not flakey like before. The new batter recipe is not as good. Quality of fish not good. So disappointed!! Read more
Took my family to the drive thru last night. I havnt had such excellent service from anywhere, much less a fast food place, in... years. Nia was an absolute delight ???? She was so sweet taking my order and didn't rush me like most places. She deserves to bemaking 15$ an hr. Most employees don't. She would make an outstanding manager.
