This is the second time I had a bad experience at this BK. Last time the wait time in drive thru was so long the lady in front... of me was honking at them so I just drove away. This morning at 7:15 I was rudely informed that ?they don?t open till 7:30? soonce again I drove away without eating there. Perhaps it?s a staffing concern with this location? The fact that this is in a nice upcoming area is insulting. The store was disgusting upon arrival. The staff was ghetto with the... cashier coming up having a personal conversation starting off with ?So boom?! And I?m like are you going to take my order??? Thelobby was filthy, every table dirty, and the bathroom omg! One of the female staff members came out and she needs to go to thedoctor. I was going to sit and eat but it was too dirty in there!! The management needs a new staff, the staff in there is notthe proper look for this area! This has nothing to do with race because I?m black and it was black and white people working inthere. I was considering going inside since the wait in the drive-thru can be long. I saw one customer sitting at a table. No one at... the counter. No one in the drive-thru line. I pull up and I'm immediately told that it's going to be a while because "we'rereally busy right now". I'm done with the short staff excuses at these type of places. Hire some people. Higher qualitypeople. Wendy's doesn't seem to have a problem a half a mile down the road. Read more
This location needs either better management or better staff. Sometimes my order is good. Other times its horrible. One time it... looked like someone made my burger and then punched it 25 times and still got the order wrong. The fries need to be HOT, Freshand Crispy. Not a single person I have ever heard ask for some luke warm soggy fries. Read more

This BK is ridiculous. Not to mention ALL the 1 star reviews are very accurate. It?s sad this location lack a sense of urgency... or respect for customers money and time. Literally waiting in king to give them my money. My job is 2 mins up the road and I geta 30 minute lunch break. So of course I should have plenty of time to get my food and eat. Absolutely not at this location.Every time I try to give them the Benefit of the doubt they prove me wrong. 3x I came to the drive thru with 2 to 0 cars andwait 20 mins for my food. They take forever to answer. You have to repeat a simple order over and over just for them to get itwrong when you drive off. I?ve never been inside and I?m glad I haven?t because I might go off for wasting my time in my face.There is short staff everywhere and like someone said in another review, Wendy?s down the street have no problem gettingcustomers in and out within 5 minutes.
