This is the worst! Literally waited 12 minutes for someone to come to drive thru speaker. Then another 18 minutes to pay then... another 9 minutes to get food. This BK and the one by the Rowes on Dunn Ave and US1 need a new manager. If these arefranchisees, then the owners should do a overhaul. Awful Read more

Worst BK I've ever been to. I would give 0 stars if I could!! I went to try the new spicy chicken sandwich and was in the mood... for a vanilla shake. First off, I sat in the drive through for about 10 minutes before they came on for my order. It wasn'teven very busy and the dining room was already closed. Slowest I've been to. I placed my order, spicy chicken sandwich only notthe meal, 4 pc mozzarella sticks, and my shake. I was told no shakes so that ruined the experience already. After waitinganother 10 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me I finally got to the window. After another 5 minutes Mr No Personality WishI Was Anywhere But Here brought my order without saying a word. I drove around to the parking lot to eat and discovered they didthe meal because there was an order of fries which I don't eat, going through the bag found there was no marinara sauce for themozzy sticks, the sandwich looked like they threw everything from 4 feet away and wrapped it. 90% of the lettuce wasn't even onthe sandwich and fell all over the place. And.. everything was cold!!. Went to the door to go in and get marinara but it waslocked. I wasn't about to sit in line for another 20 minutes to get my sauce!! To whom this may concern, I ordered a family meal with coupon. I asked for the burgers fresh of the broiler. I said fresh fries,... no salt. When I walked in, the burgers were so hard and rubbery. I tossed it on the floor and the hamburger literally bounced.It's ridiculous nowadays, when you don't want to cook and go get takeout and ask for fresh food. It's all right for me to waitfor it. I always end up having a bad service or bad food. In this day and age, you can get sick when the food is so old. Thenthe customer has to drive back to the restaurant and complain about the food I purchased. Read more

I can't remember the last time I had such a phenomenal chicken sandwich! And from BK of all places. I've been to a lot of bad... BKs but this ain't one of them. The only disappointment is that I don't live in the area near this one. But I will surely bereturning to this location as my first pick when I am in the area. Read more
