I'm not even exaggerating when I say we spent over an hour at this location just trying to get what we had already paid for. We... went through the drive-thru and placed a fairly basic order for 3 meals, $41 and 20 something minutes later, a zoned-outemployee moving at a sloths pace finally brought out our order.. minus the fries. Since the drive-thru was nerve-wreckinglyslow, we decided to park and go in for the missing fries. There were at least 10 employees all in the kitchen, ignoring not justus but other customers in the building as well. After another 15 minute wait, we decided to attempt the drive-thru since theyappeared to still be taking orders from cars. We get to the speaker, told the same guy who took our first order about ourmissing fries then a very hateful, shrill voice abruptly took over the speaker, saying "pull around." We did that, and got stuckin yet another line of cars that was literally at a complete standstill. After another 20-something minutes of waiting as whatfood we were given got cold, we gave up and went home. So I guess BK just got free money without providingservice/product. Absolutely the worst experience ever and Burger King should be ashamed of this location. We won't bereturning. Read more
Burger King use to be my go to over any other fast food chain. I always felt like they had the BEST when it came to good adult... burgers, BBUUTTTT now.. Not so much... The food is still as good as it has always been. The customer service?? Ridiculouslyhorrible. Like really? I have had numerous mobile orders where I had to get a refund because the store closed prior to postedclosing time but did not cut off their mobile orders. Last time was really painful because it was my last 20 bucks to feed mykids, and it took numerous phone calls and emails just to get the monies a week later. I have really arrived to the conclusionthat I will probably never eat there again. Read more
Burger King is an awesome substitute for a vegetarian I love their Whopper impossible always fresh but the thing that bothers me... is Burger King where is my lettuce where's my tomatoes you don't have to put a jar of marinades on your sandwiches to make itdelicious I would love for it to go back to way it used to be with a modest amount of lettuce and tomatoes pickles and onions Iwould love to see that on my burger even though it's a veggie burger someone needs to school these young people on how to make awhopper or a Whopper impossible or any of the other items on the menu I did not know lettuce and tomato were extinct that's theway you make me feel when I when you come up short with things on my sandwich that I have paid for get it together Burger Kingand keep your crown not lose your crown Read more
The worst one I have ever been to. Employee chatting with her friends and giving them free fries. I use a mobile coupon and it... said that I could get a free upgrade for fries or drink she wanted to still charge me 80 cents. It said free. So I spoke withthe manager and he sided with her. Terrible customer service. All I wanted was to up size my drink. Just terrible. Will not bereturning anytime soon. Plus, drive thru was closed for no reason. Unorganized mess. Read more
Do not buy food here! This location was dirty. I saw how dirty it was AFTER ordering my food. I didn't eat my food! Not sure... what those spots are? This burger smelled bad. I just left. Employees were polite, but don't seem interested in their jobs. STAY AWAY Read more
I came here today to order food before a road trip. I was asked to wait. They never came back on the intercom to take our order.... A line formed in the drive thru and people left because no one was there. When we finally left we saw three employees justsitting in the lobby obviously not doing their job. This is a disgrace for any restaurant to pay employees who can't even bebothered to do their jobs. Read more
