Waited about 5 minutes to place an order, not bad considering its lunch time. Then waited an additional 17 minutes before... having to leave without my lunch to get back to work. If the car at the windows order is not done have them move out of theway. 2 others left the line as well. Horrible! Read more
First the line cook was amazing, did a great job on the burger. However, worst service ever. Didn't have all the parts of my... order, cheated me out of items(subbed items that werent of equal value, then didnt even give me the subbed items) , didn't giveme my drink with my combo. Three men (in Burger King uniform) were standing behind the cashier cracking jokes at the customer'sexpense. "Looks like they got their dessert right there". Never again. Read more

Truly wish I could leave zero stars. The lights are on, menu box lights are not on at all. The order box is lit up so I?m... hopeful right? I sit there for a few minutes, nobody ever comes to the order box. Mind you half the menu is missing but I knowwhat I want. So I pull around to the front window, there?s one employee just standing around doing nothing. Nobody acknowledgesme, so I roll up to the next window where I tell the guy hey I was sitting back there and nobody ever took my order. He says Itell you 100% you were not back there LOL ok buddy, whatever you say. Then he says I?m gonna need you to roll back around. Forwhat? For you to ignore me again? Could?ve taken my order at the window since we were sitting there conversing but didn?t evenoffer to. Literally told me to swing back around. And there are unemployed people out here who actually want a job. Pitiful. Read more
Do you know why I didn?t get my fries? Because they couldn?t hear me in the drive thru because the ghetto box. Do you know why I... couldn?t get a 6 piece nugget that was on the menu? Because the menu is wrong. Half the menu is missing off of the ghetto menuboard in the drive thru and the poor employees can?t hear you when you order. The building itself is disgusting and whoever ownsthis Burger King should be ashamed of themselves. If the outside looks that bad, I have zero confidence in what they think isacceptable to make peoples food. Do better for your employees and your customers! I fed the food to my dogs. Read more
went to this BK drive thru.Made my order and after paying was told to pull forward ( i have been here before ,so i said if it is... going to be long wait just refund my money. she said not long). after 15-20 minutes I walked inside and asked for a refund. alady there said you can stop making that chicken sandwich (my order). not 1 person was in front of me and inside the restaurantthere was 1 person sitting. I saw 2 men in the back and 2 women up front and the manager. after 20 minutes they had not evenstarted making my sandwich. This is beyond a doubt the worst BK. I can not believe BK allows this. ( side not the mcdonaldsacross the st is not much better). it would be quicker going to a restaurant and ordering food. Read more
Employees are nice but they messed up my whole order didn?t add cheese to any of my burgers which I reminded them twice to do... so. And there was so much mayonnaise on all the burgers they were an edible, like mayonnaise just pouring off of them. It was sogross won?t go back again because this is the third and fourth time this same situation has happened to me at this location. Read more
The food is what you expect, Burger King has a better burger than most of the competition. Fries are on point, and the drink... machine with the mix and match flavors can't be beat. The staff was as you would expect, no issue there. Read more
