One star is too much for this restaurant. I've been stuck in the drive through for over 35 minutes. I gave up trying to order a... long time ago. Now I'm stuck behind the guys in the truck waiting for their order. Never again. I'll never be back. NEVER.Just close your doors and let someone who knows how to operate a fast food franchise run it. Parking lot was a bit trashed but didnt pay it much mind. Then there was the order board, refer to attached picture, then it... was the cashier arguing over the speaker with another associate. I decided I wasn't that hungry after all and ddint order anyfood. Waited in line for over fifteen minutes because once you're in line you're trapped. Do not recommend!!! Read more
Had to wait forever in the drive-thru. Couldn't eat the burger, seemed sour, fries tasted old and even my drink didn't taste... right. Threw it all out, and went elsewhere to eat. Just telling it like it was. Maybe they had an off day. Read more

We had a couple special order items and for the most part everything was made right. I ordered extra pickles and sauce on my... chicken sandwich but received a regular one. Not a huge deal. At least nothing was missing. My only other complaint is I triedto do a mobile pickup order but the lobby was closed, so I had to go through the drive-thru. It was only 6pm. 1-7-22. 330pm. I?m sitting in front now. Online and hours of operation says they are open. There?s 3 employee cars in parking... lot. I see people inside hanging out. Drive Thru is blocked off. All doors are locked. I think employees don?t want to doanything and locked themselves inside to get paid. Read more
Had a free Whopper coupon from taking a survey after our last visit to a BK. First plenty of parking but short on staff which... caused a real slow down when placing our order and getting it and our 3 ???? rating. We only saw 3 people with no one cleaningup after people left a seating area so 0 zero ????. Next were the fries, they made a new batch but dropped it into an old coldbatch so the fries we got were a mix of soggy and crispy so 3 ????. All 3 Whopper Burgers were made quickly but just sat and satin the slide as no one was there to put them in the bag and and hand to us so 2 ???? for delivery. Since they sat they were notas hot and juicy as others have been so 3 ????. We have just started going back to BK after a few years and can see that eachlocation can be super or in need of better supervision and staffing as this place needs. Read more
Date: Summer 2022 Note: Drive-thru only visit. Hard to come by fast food places now a days that have even a fraction of decent... customer service. During a stop here the customer service was great. Speaker was clear and the staff seemed in a decent mood.Food tasted as expected. Read more
