The guy who took my order was very rude because I asked him how old was his tea he got very angry I asked him what time did he... make the tea when was the last time the tea urn was clean he said that morning it was 6:00 p.m. when I bought my food so I toldhim I don't want it so they only had drinks was water tea and that was it so I asked him if he could watch it and make fresh teaI can wait he told me to have a good day so I pulled around to get out of the car to go in and speak with him the door waslocked so I got back in the car and rolled around to the window so he sent one of the other workers to the window I used to be amanager at a restaurant so I know I don't drink tea from an urn that hasn't been cleaned in 4 hours I do know the whole time fortea she was very nice so I did purchase my order and I left Read more
10/26/22 went to Burger King at 2717 north main st. Order at 10:20 was in line still at 10:45. Never got to window to pay for... order. Car in front and behind me pull out of line and 5 minutes after that I pulled out . The car at the window was stillthere when I pulled out. This didn't make an sense, almost 30 minutes in line. It took 5 minutes to place an order. A careven back of of line. We in line for breakfast and it's almost lunch. Read more
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had on taking order, the time, and respect of service from a fast food place! I... was in the drive through over 30 mins!! I will never send or suggest anybody that need fast food on the go & be on a time limitcause you can expect to be late! Pregnant Cashier couldn't even get order right, left window several times & was on personalphone while someone else came to finish doing what should have been doing! Gave me the total & walked off without getting themoney & I gave it to another person. She came back with my food but again someone else gave me other parts of my order. Horrible wait time , food not freshly made , horrible service wasn?t welcoming at all . Manager & employee was arguing in front... of customers. This location has gotten really ghetto and just unprofessional. I would love to see this location under new andimproved management. I wouldnt go to this location ever again . Read more
Do not go here. It will take FOREVER to get your food. Literally been here for 25 min in the drive through? they have served two... people ahead of us. Looks like one guy is doing all the work while they sit and watch him. WOW Burger King? wow. Read more
The parking lot was nasty they had no eggs at all. The last at the window was very polite and great customer service
