10/26/22 went to Burger King at 2717 north main st. Order at 10:20 was in line still at 10:45. Never got to window to pay for... order. Car in front and behind me pull out of line and 5 minutes after that I pulled out . The car at the window was stillthere when I pulled out. This didn't make an sense, almost 30 minutes in line. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had on taking order, the time, and respect of service from a fast food place! I... was in the drive through over 30 mins!! I will never send or suggest anybody that need fast food on the go & be on a time limitcause you can expect to be late! Pregnant Cashier couldn't even get order right, left window several times & was on personalphone while someone else came to finish doing what should have been doing! Gave me the total & walked off without getting themoney & I gave it to another person. She came back with my food but again someone else gave me other parts of my order.
