Awful. I pulled up to 1 of the speakers and they asked me to give them a minute. Okay fine. 2 cars pulled up to the other... speaker,placed orders, got food and left. A 3rd car pulled to the other speaker and silence. They ended up pulling around to goinside. I decided to pull up to the window. I didnt see any workers at 1st. Then saw 1. I sat at the window hoping to beacknowledged and nothing. I decided to leave and get breakfast elsewhere. What a waste of 15 minutes in a drive thru. Not sureif everyone was taking a break, or they forgot me on the speaker, or if it was really just the 1 employee doing the best shecould and was taking a little break before taking my order or what. Decent price, food was warm, fries were good. Service in the drive-thru was ok. They don't really smile, not super friendly,... sometimes hand your food out the window without even looking at you. Been here in the past several times. Same kind of service.If you get a friendly face it's a surprise. Most of the time the order is right that is why I gave 3 stars. One time it waswrong & I pulled forward to the spot they told me wait in. After almost 20 minutes of waiting for a simple meal with an onlyketchup burger the person walked out with the re-made order (that was wrong again) & didn't want to step up to the car to handit to me. Waving 4 me to drive forward more, then giving attitude about it; & again after I checked it & showed her it was stillwrong. Read more
Absolutely horrible. I knew something was up when I pull into the drive thru prime time and the place is a ghost town. Speaker 1... was down. Back up and go to second lane. "Order please" is how I'm greeted. Place my order, a chicken sandwich meal and a 4piece nugget. 15 minutes later I get a bag with a sandwich and 4 nuggets. When I asked about the fries, you'd have thought I wasasking this huge favor that inconvenienced the employee. Get home, hand my 4 year old her nuggets, which felt like they werestill frozen. My meal was paid for a large, guess what, they messed that up and gave me a small. Not to mention also cold andtasted like they've been sitting there for a week. Now it makes sense why there's nobody in that line. And you want higherwages? Wow. Don't worry, Burger King and all of the other "elites" will never get my money again. I rarely have fast food, andyou just proved my point as to why. Every single time. I'm done. If you truly care about your business, either get a staff thatcares, or close this place down. Read more
