DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!!! 0/10 do NOT recommend. How?re you going to take 30 minutes to prepare my food and still... get my simple order incorrect? I went through the drive-through on October 4 and they have no ice they have no biscuits half the menu is not available and I... had to wait in the drive-through line 30 minutes and I was the second car in line. 100% lack of leadership and management inthat facility I recommend going to another restaurant if you want to have quality service and the choice of a menu that isactually available Read more

Came here on Tuesday July 26 to pick up a mobile order. Employee claims my mobile order didn't come through. I went into the... store to show my receipt, still no service. $37 order was too much work for them, obviously. They got the manager, looks likehis name tag said Trey. He was rude and told us to get out of the store. We did, because he seemed like a cop caller. He wasobviously upset, because he was outside talking to a female in a car the whole time, not doing his job. So as I walk out of thestore he calls me a cracker and locks the door as fast as he said it. And just walked away not having any professionalism orcourtesy. Will never go back to this store again. Went to this location today on my 30 minute lunch break. At first I was hesitant to enter the drive through that had at least 10... cars from window past the speaker, but I really wanted an impossible whopper and fries. I showed up at 9:45pm ET at the drive-thru and the guy said it'll be 15-20 min before he can take my order because their systems... are down. I drive past the window and their monitors looked like they were up and running. How would he know when systems wouldbe back up, and how convenient that this lines up with the time that I see them close often (10pm most times when it's actuallysupposed to be 11pm for hours of operation)? Went to the drive-through for lunch ordered #5 meal and some nuggets. I received a fish sandwi took the order back into the... restaurant and advised the manager the order was wrong she said OK she will fix it. I waited 25 minutes and when the restaurantemptied I asked her if she forgot about me to which she said she did. I said we'll can I just get a refund, she then git angryasked for my Receipt for payment, I then advised her she took my bag and thought it away when I said the order was wrong so Ididn't have a receipt. She then went off cursing and yelling and telling me I was gonna sit and wait for my refund and proceedto serve everybody in the restaurant and refuse to return my money or give me food. There is 2 cameras right above her soclearly it caught everything on camera including what she said the cursing and how she was acting in the fact that I did nothingto provoke any of that except for ask for my food or a refund. She stated that she was not the manager full time there that sheis a manager at another store and was there helping out today. I was there 11/16 from 12:15pm - 1:30pm and yes left with no foodor a refund. So I guess I will be forced to take action through my bank and corporate office.
