They get one star because this was not due to the quality of the food. It was the people. I pulled in the drive thru and the... sign says one price I will to the window and they give me a different price. I explained the sign says different and all the alllady said was prices have in creased. and told her not what the sign says. And she would not give me what the sign says. Very slowwww, and Trust me, they just looked like someone who you would not want to make your food!! Food not prepared near at... all... and that certain BK always closed like 45 minutes to a hour early!! Won't be back!! Needs new staff for sure!! This location is ok Morning and lunch is the best time to come to this location. If you see a Black BMW in the parking lot... that's the store manager and shes "awesome sauce" In the evening and especially at night I would avoid this location at allcosts. One they're understaffed at night time Secondly if you place a order on your mobile app on their end they always say theyhavent received anything even if you show them your email receipt they'll have you wait til the next day to talk to the managerand you'll go to bed hungry Read more

Drive thru was very long & hardly moving so i had to park & go inside & it was just a long, if not longer. By the time i... ordered my food, waited for it & received it, my lunch break was not just over but i was late to get back to my job because ofalready paid for my food so i couldn't just walk out, i had to wait for my order. The moment we approached the counter, we were greeted and our order was taken. Our order was ready in a very reasonable time.... Not only was our order accurate but we were encouraged to come back soon. Our cashier had a smile on her face from the time wearrived till we left(it is encouraging for me, thanks much). Been here numerous times and had a decent experience, but this time I had to leave after waiting over 15 mins to place a... order..The employee said they were short people which I understand but if thats the case , better off just shutting down for thenight instead of having over 4 cars in drive thru just parked waiting to order and no telling how many customers inside..
