Went through the drive thru and, as always, it's a risky endeavor. This particular visit, was told that the sauce I needed for... my chicken was included in the bag. No sauce, in fact, was included. The card machine didn?t work. We had to find other means pay. I didn?t get my entire order when I asked for the rest of it I was... looked at confused. Found out I payed for the order. Had to get a refund and the receipt didn?t have the total in it because thepaper isn?t the correct size for the printer. When I got the food, The nuggets where not nuggets they were chicken fries and theburger only had pickles, mustard and onions. No lettuce and tomatoes. We ate in the car and there are no garbage cans outside atall. And when I went inside to grab a refill, there machine for the public was not refilled at all. I had to ask for refill atthe counter. I had not been to a Burger King in a long time. I went through the drive-thru to get breakfast croissants. They were actually... pretty good and above (my) expectations for Burger King. I might try breakfast at Burger King again. Read more
Spent 22minute waiting on a BK King. When I asked mgr Sue why, she was rude and uncaring and couldn't be bothered. I understand... some are shorthanded but I was the only one in drive thru while 4 employees were standing around talking. Worst BK inJacksonville. Stay away Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would, the woman in the window was amazing but all the cooks had NO GLOVES when touching the food. I... understand some places it?s fine but fries getting touched with no gloves? After they have been cooked already? That?s a no gofor me! Read more
Save yourself by not going here. The speaker wasn?t working and we were directed to go to second window. I had my car window... rolled down while driving towards the drive thru window and even before I got to the window I heard the employee say ?you canmove your a** faster. Come on already?. I almost said never mind I?ll go somewhere else but I was hungry. The employee was rudeat the entire time and acted like she hated her job. Not to mention she had a AirPod in her ear and it was interfering with hertaking my order as she didn?t listen and when I repeated what I said she rolled her eyes at me. I got a whopper meal and theimpossible burger for $20!!! Overpriced. The food itself was disgusting and cold. Not lukewarm or room temperature, it was COLD.I?ve had a hard week and this meal was supposed to be something I was looking forward to cuz I?ve been cooped up in the house.It actually really ruined my night and was very upsetting. Just bad. Not only did they take forever but the food was nasty I asked for a Whopper with cheese no onions no pickles like I... usually do? expecting it to come with the lettuce, tomato, mayo and the rest of the ingredients. Instead they gave me bread withmeat and cheese but with a nasty amount of mustard? I had to take some of it off myself. Also horrible and uneducated staff.Know nothing about costumer service. If I could give zero stars I would. First two times waited 30 minutes in line for 1 car to move. Third time passed through after... 20 minutes (1 car in front only) without ever even ordering. Not sure what happens here but will never go back. Read more
