Wow...such a fall from grace. For the last 5 yrs, this place has struggled. There's got to be issues w/ leadership/corporate.... The place needs to cut down or cut back those trees. I'm all for trees but not close to a restaurant. Oak trees are notoriousfor harboring insects. It's not the food that's in question it's the handling of it. The temp of the oil it's cooked in. Time/cooking duration of the burgers. It's just all off. Wanna give this a positive but just leave disappointed. Read more
Really dirty. There was literally nobody in the restaurant and all the tables were dirty. The coke machine that you have to... touch to select flavors was filthy. It was 1130 and breakfast had not been cleaned up. The people were nice. The food was freshoff the broiler special order, but it was not really hot. The cheese wasn't even melted. The lettuce was old. I had asked for nocheese. The impossible whopper my wife had was a little soggy. Definitely not up to our regular pre-covid experience. I reallyhope they get it together. Our order was wrong and before they would fix it the person in the kitchen chose to argue. We had to convince them to just read... the receipt we presented. Afterwards they fixed our order. Was it worthwhile? Absolutely not. Read more
**Updated** I love BK and.was in the area, gave them another chance. Bad decision... Whopper was wrong, Chicken Fries were hard... and they were out of soda again. The meat on the Whopper was not normal, tossed in the trash. Didn't seem flame broiler, almostlike it was microwaved. *** 30 minutes in drive thru. Couldn't leave since after you order at the box you're stuck... Foodwrong.... Fries, burned and greasy. Service was ridiculous, no words literally except at the box to order. No "thank you" or anyother pleasantries. I love BK but this store is horrid. Their outside menus are lashed closed with elastics bands. Read more
I loved this Burger King but no more!! The staff is rude, lacking care of the customer and the whole place looks ready for... closing down. By the way this morning on 9/3/22 at 7:20am I drove by and there were two police cars in the lot and police crimescene tape being wrapped around the entire property. Just a heads up about how downhill it has become. Read more
Perfectly good BK, but they need workers. If service seems slow, they just need people. Be patient.
Ordered whopper with cheese extra picles. Like I always get when I go to BK. Well I got hamburger with cheese 3 or 4 strands of... lettuce part of a tomato no pickles at all can't find one took a picture of this sad looking so called meal. Have to say Iprobably won't go to Burger King anymore I always Sean to be the one has issues so am I the only one having these issues. ? Idoubt it very dissatisfied. The person taking the order was great he repeated it perfectly someone else got lazy and didn't dothe job correctly from what I can tell as customer. Said can't give me a recite was out of paper, , change the dam paper butthat's bull because they said that last 2 times I went but that was my last time I'm sure. Bad attitudes, lack of product, food temperature and cleanliness of this BK, needs immediate attention. They have no customers... and don't care. Places like CHIC-FIL-A have great attitudes, plenty of product, and most of the time the food is hot. that's whythey have the lines wrapped around their bldg. Hopefully BK will fix this soon.
