I was coming to town to visit my grandma. Doctors found a tumor in her lung. I stopped by my bank closest to the airport and got... hungry from the long flight over. Burger King was next door, so I grabbed a cheeseburger. I have had food poisoning ever sincethen. It?s been 3 days. I have barely eaten anything since then because I can?t stop all of the liquids from coming out of me.What was already a sad trip has been made even worse thanks to BK. Let?s be honest though. I placed an order on the mobile app and drove to this location. I drove up to the window and told them I had a mobile order. The... manager tells me to pull up and they would bring me the order. My insane order of 2 whoppers, a large fry and a large coke hashalted their operation. The manager brought me my food, minus the large fries I ordered and told me next time I order on the appI still have to wait in line with the people ordering to tell them I placed a mobile order so they can prepare it instead ofWHEN I PLACED THE ORDER. A man had ordered his whopper with cheese. There was no cheese. Cook yelled at him! Instead of saying sorry and fixing it. My... whopper jr was perfect. Got home go to do survey cant read numbers on receipt called about 20 times no one answered the phone!Its not the nicest most modern one but still my food was good. I feel like Burger King has become one of those fast food chains that it's nearly impossible to have anything better than a... one-star experience. It doesn't seem like there are any owner operators that really care about operations and they just have abunch of franchise groups who could care less about customer service, employee engagement or food quality and instead just wantto pull as much money out with giving as little as possible. So, yeah staffing is the new excuse that might very well be valid,but the most notable thing is that regardless of the excuse it's the same consistently substandard experience. To top it off,you never know when this location will have app ordering disabled, and if it is disabled that's probably a clue that you shouldavoid this location because they don't turn things off unless it's really bad. Burger King has definitely become a brand thatconsistently serves barely edible food to a customer base who have incredibly low expectations. How I long for a Whopper doneright! Read more

Burgers and fries are good if its not during rush hour. A gamble restaurant to be honest. One day I got excellent burger and... fries. The next 23 times I come here, fries were always burnt, burger overcooked, and soda taste like water (I asked for no iceby the way). You just got to be lucky to get good food here... Also, DONT COME HERE FOR BREAKFAST. Every time I come here forbiscuit sandwiches or french toast, they never have it in stock. So come early or don't come at all. Read more

Walked in to be greated with attitude with a "ugh, what do you want?" by the girl in the register, her name Ashley? For what we... heard the other girl calling her. Only 2 people tending the store, no one else at the line or waiting in the drive-thru and theytook forever to give is our order. Not only that but she got our order wrong, the Whooper was super cold and looked like someonestepped on it, incomplete order of tenders, and cheeseburgers that were supposed to be plain had everything in it. Anotherclient was there while we were waiting and same thing to him. We are all for treating workers with respect, empathy and courtesyknowing most of the time they deal with staffing issues and rude clients, but we expect courtesy and quality in our order andservice. Sadly is not the first time this happens at this store, the ones before we let it slide but we had a enough. We didn'twaste any time in asking her to fix it, we walked out and decided to leave a review and that it was the last time we go to thislocation. $15 wasted in horrible food and service Read more

The food is actually decent considering I really only get a cheeseburger and fries every time I go but the staff definitely has... to go. I don?t understand how you can work at a fast food restaurant and have no type of multitasking skills or customerservice skills, I used to work at McDonald?s, back window taking orders and money at the same time and never have I had a personwait longer then a minute at the drive through speaker to place an order. As for the customer service skills, absolutelyhorrific! Everyone seems annoyed that they have to work, they don?t greet you, instead just say ?hold on? ?you ready?, all withattitude, and when you get to the window don?t even expect to be looked at, they just throw you you?re food and go back tolooking the other way as if trying to hurry up and get rid of you. Same awful service 6 months later. I didn?t review before when I came here for the first time and the drive thru service took 30... minutes and the food was wrong. Everyone can have an off day. We try again 6 months later and wait in the drive thru 25 minutesand the food was awful. Cold onion rings and this Whopper melt is not even toasted. That?s literally what makes it a melt is thetoast! I love Burger Kings food but this isn?t that. Read more
