Took my godson there tonight for something quick, decided to go in instead of waiting in the drive-thru, I ordered within a few... minutes and the cashier was nice, but I waited 10 plus minutes for my food and watched it sit in the window for 7 of thoseminutes while drive thru food was bagged up instead, my fries where burnt along with my chicken sandwich that was super greasyand tasted like it was thrown back in the fryer to heat up... so not worth 5 dollars let alone the $20 I spent... If I could give this place negative stars I would. The service is the worst I have ever encountered, the employees are lazy,... unkempt, and slow. The food is fine, it?s fast food. But I had to wait a half hour for it. I?ve seen people regularly walk outthrowing their hands up. Fire every staff member and start fresh! Otherwise I?d sooner not eat than go to this train wreck. If you are using the mobile app, this location is a nightmare. If you tell the app you are picking up via drive through, the... employees will insist you go inside. If they are out of an item, they will not give you a refund. You are forced to go throughthe app, which will eventually provide you with a coupon. Read more
The person at the driver-thru could hardly get the word out of "wait" before I was left sitting in line for 20 minutes.... Everything time I would say "hello" I was told to "wait" so I did for 5 more minutes before I drove off and went to McDonald'snext door where I got my food and was on my way home in 10 minutes. Why I think this location will ever improve is beyond me.They need to see how the store on Phillips Highway runs a restaurant. Calling this location Fast Food is a joke. Read more
When we went there. The employee was so rude. We went inside and waited about 12 minutes. I asked the employee was anybody... doing the front. Bc the employee just kept walking by the front counter and not saying anything. So I politely asked was anyonedoing the front. Wheww the rudeness . There's no one here to work.
