First off. We waited by the speaker for 10 min. We had to drive up to see if they were open. This was around 5pm. The worker... came to the window on her personal phone, still in conversation looking at us...didn't ask to help us until she was done withher call. When she finally decided to take the order, she did not greet us AND we had to repeat our order multiple times... morelike 5 times. I ordered a whopper with cheese. So I'm sitting down with my neice in the lobby waiting for my food. All of a sudden, this tall guy with glasses came up and told... this lady that the store is a mess every time she closes. Apparently she's a manager. She obviously was offended. She startedexplaining herself but he wasn't trying to hear her out. I just thought that was very unprofessional of that guy to talk to herabout that in front of everybody. He should've talked to her in private about that. He also threatened to fire her when she saida curse word. She was really nice to me and very professional and knowledgeable when she took my order. i love coming to this store my food always hot and fresh . This is the only burgerking open on time. They are fast N friendly .
Very disappointed, on Google it clearly says closing is at 11pm on Wednesdays. I went at 10:28 hoping to get some dinner and no... one greeted at the intercom so I pulled up to the window & a lady said they were ?closed? which she probably just said to scarecustomers away. Th store is clean, the service was fast and friendly and my food. Was fresh and cooked to order. I ordered the Rodeo burger and... enjoyed the onion rings on my hamburger. Read more
The kids liked it, they got our order wrong at first so they gave us the wrong order plus the order we actually wanted. The... girls liked the food and of course had no complaints about it at all. The shop was clean, the staff was very nice. The cleanthing is always big for me and the shop was spotless. 5 star visit here Read more
Terrible customer service and terrible food. I ordered 2 of the new spicy ch?king chicken sandwich meals. When they rang up on... the screen they weren?t rung in as spicy, so I asked again to make sure they were the spicy ones. The girl basically yelled atme, ?Yeah, I got it!? At the window, I tried to be very polite saying please and thank you, and I got nothing but bad attitudein return. That?s ok. Maybe she?s having a bad day. Whatever. I get the food. Everything is cold. Neither of the sandwiches arespicy. The sandwiches look like they were intentionally mangled. It all tastes like it was cooked in old grease. I will notreturn to this store.
