The front counter cashier was very friendly and polite. The food be fresh and hot round lunch time.
First encounter pulling into the parking lot to employees taking a unauthorized smoke break right in front doors to make entry,... my second problem was the young lady who went to make my sandwich had just touched money did not change her gloves and startedmaking my sandwich then when I alert the shift leader she seem to have more of an attitude than me. The young lady that wasworking on the specialty boards her attitude was very good even though her practice of unsanitary procedure wasn?t! I grew upgoing to this Burger King on Kings road all my life this being a reason I keep returning but after today I just may have topatronize other locations in my future visits which saddens me dearly! This has to be the slowest restaurant I have ever visited I have a try and visit this place Four times every time it takes over... 20 minutes to get my order and I placed a mobile order today June 26 2002 I placed a mobile order waited 10 minutes before I gotin the drive-through got to the drive-through had to wait another 10 minutes got to the window and they made me pull to thefront and wait another 10 minutes. I ordered online there is no curbside pick. The app allowed me to pay and set-up a pick up time. Signs say dining room open. I... got there and the first 3 times I knocked normally. Then thought they couldn't hear me so I knocked louder. They would not cometo the door. Granted there was a smaller sign on the restaurant door that the dining room was closed for staffing issues. Theapp allowed me to pay and schedule a time for pick-up in the lobby, nothing online stating they were closed in the dining area.When no one answered I walked around to the drive thru window, and THIS is where I lost it. The little man in the window said,we don't do walk ups.. I told him I am not a walkup they aren't answering the door and I ordered online. Said they can't helpme, I told them I already paid, he said that's not their problem. So I said...
