I wish I could give ZERO stars but that's not an option. This specific location has the worst drive though (and lobby) times... I've ever experienced in my life. Every single time I come here I have to wait nearly 20 minutes at a minimum! I ordered aburger and fries which took over 20 minutes. Takes 5 minutes for anyone to speak to you and take your order and they are somehowstill rude when I never even complained about the absurd wait time. I'll use more gas just to travel to a burger king that takesless time for the simplest orders. Hire employees that care about service. Read more
Terrible service. I paid $15 for an impossible whopper meal, told the lady 3 times I wanted onion rings and no mayo. They gave... me my sandwich with fries, I gave it back saying I needed onion rings, waited 15 more minutes while the girl put the onion ringsin the fryer and completely forgot about my order. Then I asked for a refund instead and she stated she could not give me arefund because her GM was counting the safe. None of that is my problem, yet I did not get my money back and was only offered aremake of the sandwich which I would?ve had to wait more time for. Took 45 minutes to get through the drive thru after placing an online order. There was a single car in front of us, if you don't... count the one that left because they didn't say anything to them for 15 minutes when they pulled up to the menu. Food was notfresh and sandwiches were sloppily made. Lady at the window gave us attitude when handing us our food because we were confusedwhen she asked "is this your food?" Multiple vehicles behind us left without ordering because no one was taking orders. Onlyreason we didn't was because we ordered online and their garbage app can't cancel orders. Just don't go to this place. If youneed Burger King, there's one 2 miles off that has much better service. Or you could go to Sonic, Wendy's, or McDonald's, allare less than a minute away. Read more
Will not be going back here again. First time food was cols. They don't answer the phone. The last visit manager provided the... worse customer service ever. If you prices have changed update them on the board or turn it off. You should advise yourcustomers that some prices have changed ad the are ordering from your menu listed. Seriously on need of a new day manager whois more customer focused. ???? She was Seriously lacking. The impossible whopper at this location was horrible and tasted likeit had been cooked in the microwave instead of being flam broil. I had my friend try it.
