Ordered 4 meals, and only 1 was correct. Asked for the 3 chicken sandwiches to have the mayo removed and it seemed like there... was extra mayo on all of them, also the sandwiches were badly put together, there was mayo and chopped lettuce everywhere. I believe BKs in Orange Park, Oak Leaf, Green Cove and Jacksonville have stopped caring a long time ago They don't care about... service, cleanliness, quality or apparently if they have any customers. Compared to all the fast food places around BK is dead.No one is in line to go there. They are always out of something or something is out of order. Super slow service. I enjoy food from BK, but I can?t wait 30 minutes in the drive thru. Luckily there?s a Wendy?s, McDonalds... and new Whataburger in the area. McDonald?s right next door and always has a line while this BK is dead. People in the area knowto avoid this place. It?s sad and I hope corporate can figure things out. Read more
The laziest, non communicative, sorry excuse for employees and the manager is the worst. Close this place down! It?s gross, the... employees and manager is gross and so non productive. Poor people still trying to hold onto hope it may get better one day.Oakleaf deserves better. Lock the doors already so a decent place can come in and fire all of those nasty ?employees?, not thatthey actually do any work. Place is disgusting. Absolutely no customer service. Worlds worst and slowest service... Every time I come here its always at least a 10 minute wait, this time 40 minutes in the... drive thru. I understand that it's a "holiday" but you are open. I looked on Google to see if five guys was open and they arewith better service and attitudes. Ordered a Big King. There was nothing big about it and the picture on the sign showed a big piece of lettuce and a tall thicker... hamburger. The patties were thin and the lettuce was so small I thought it was missing. As you can see from the picture thatwas a joke. Read more
We waited in line for over 25mins. We received the incorrect drinks and got attitude when asked for the correct ones. Then both... drinks came back tasting like pinesol or some kind of cleaning chemical. Neither rodeo burger had cheese even though I paid theextra for it. And of course after waiting so long everything was cold... All around, this was terrible and I really hopethis location works to do better because there are plenty of other options nearby. Read more
Compared to Blanding (Jefferson and Kingsley) they BK is rocking it. The employees may not go all out like some places, but they... are friendly enough. There is a functional menu for the drive through. The line moves decently along. The food was hot and madecorrectly. Read more
