This picture should get the message across but incase it doesn't: there was wayyyy too much sauce on the wings and it actually... made it harder to eat them. I got mild Buffalo flavored wings and felt like my mouth was on fire because I couldn't get enoughsauce off the wings. It look like the sauce was just poured over the wings in a sloppy manner. Came in and the service started just fine. The waitress?s name was Ashleigh. She took our drinks and food orders and gave good... suggestions. From there it went way downhill. We received precooked fries 10 minutes later.(precooked meaning they cooked themand had them sitting under a heat lamp before we were sat. They were not cooked to order.) It took another 10 minutes and mecalling down the waitress to receive our drinks. (The fries came out before our drinks)Then another 10-15 minutes goes by, thefries are now ice cold and we receive our wings. That was the last we saw the waitress. We had spicy wings which means weconsumed our drinks quickly and we couldn?t find the waitress again for a refill. As I was looking for our waitress I noticedthere was no service staff in the front of house. No managers, no bartenders, and no servers. We finally saw a lady that wasdoing to-gos and I called her over to say we can?t find our server. All she would say is ?she?s not our server.? She did get ussome boxes while we were waiting to pay and we?re getting obviously upset at the lack of attention. The Togo lady repeated thatshe wasn?t our server as she dropped them off and walked off. It felt like she was just trying to deflect the issue by sayingshe?s not responsible for our service. I understand if she was busy but no one called a manager or our server to help us.Instead, when the Togo lady left the table, no one else came back. From someone who has over 20 years experience in the foodservice industry this is one of the worst service experiences I?ve had in all of Jacksonville. It was deeply concerning that themanagement staff was nowhere to be found in the dining room. We won?t be coming back and we hope that the staff can learn toproperly serve their customers without neglect or refusing to take any responsibility for the service. Had an online order which stated the order would be ready by 11:20. It took an additional 30 minutes, these are the BBQ wings... received below with barely any sauce. I also ordered a combo with a Brisket sandwich and no side item received. I understandthe store was closing in an hour from my order but that doesn't mean that I'm not a paying customer that should have received mycomplete order or fully coated wings. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a BWW. The only good thing was the beer. Ordered the platter, in which nachos... supposed to come with chicken in it and when they came out, no chicken. Looked like crumbs of nachos FR the bottom of the bagwith cheese sauce and tomatoes. Sent back, it came out with cheese on them, which was supposed to be on the side. In which Idon't think thr waiter told them to do. The boneless chicken wings were hard with sauce on them. The fried pickles were good.The waiter was ok, could have been better. Ordered carry out wings today -dry rub. The pics do the talking. None of the wings were ?rubbed?. Atleast the boneless had lumps... of seasoning at the bottom which we literally picked up by hand to bring some flavor to our otherwise naked wings. The bone-inwere worse. As you can see , not only did they come bland , they also came with no seasoning to self-rub. Paid $50 for this sadmeal. Look at these before you order AND ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER. Read more
The wings were cooked just right. Extra crispy just like I like them. Update: I tried to leave a new review, but I was not able... to. The last few times I have been here there has hardly been any sauce on our wings. Tonight 06/29/2022 I ordered the garlicparmesan wings with extra sauce and NO sauce were on my wings. We had the burgers at Wild Wings... What a nice surprise. They are excellent. The waitress was very nice. Service was a little... slow getting started but once they got going it was quick and good. The place needed a good cleaning. Otherwise it was a niceexperience. You should try the burgers. Very good. The Nacho's were average but ok. Stopped in for a late dinner. Ordered wings and fries. The food was excellent. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere... was great. Everyone was friendly. Annabelle was our server and she was great! She was so sweet and friendly and her customerservice was excellent! The drinks were great as well, excellent bartender!
