I called because my 3 meat salad I ordered thru Ubereats, came without my salad dressing, BBQ sauce and utensils. I called... Ubereats and couldn't get thru the long hold time. Called the store, I was told to come and get the missing items or call thedriver by using his driver number. I told the young the lady I was a disabled senior citizen and hence the reason I orderedonline. And I don't know the driver's number. I asked if she had it she said no. I asked if she had Ubereats number she said no.I said y'all have them picking up y'all customers orders and y'all don't have a number to reach them? Then she said, oh here'sthe number to Ubereats. After getting the number and being on hold for 11 minutes with no answer. I had a small amount of smalldressing, but it wasn't the kind I requested from them. And I had no bbq sauce. The menu online does not reflect current prices. The large ribs are $13.99 online menu. Large ribs price have increased to... $17.99. U get a small baby size side. The turkey sandwich tasted like it was not off grill. I was so disappointed in the 5 ribsI got for $17.99, with bland taste. The cole slaw was bland bland bland. Not a hint of sweetness. Whoever is cooking is mad theyare there. The food quality has gone down while prices and quantity stay the same or have gotten worse. Thanks for ruining mybarbecue for the 4 th. Next time I will take extra time and go further to get Sonny's barbecue. U get more for your money andthe quality is better. Bono's may be just living on their name and past good food . We have a great time at this location the Food is great the Sweet Tea is awesome and the portions are spot on I'm usually very... full when we're done. Try the Fried Squash it is a great appetizer before your BBQ plate shows up to finish you off. Will beback soon. You have to try this location Read more

This little restaurant was a nice stop on our long ride home. It wasnt omg good or ew dont eat here. It was just ok. Kind of... bland. Not a huge smokehouse flavor or huge bbq taste but it was good. They have a few sauces to choose from all light but myfave was rhe sweet and tangy. Our food came out fast and was correct. The server was alright as it was a.slow time we dined in.Clean restrooms and dining. We ate the pulled pork sandwich with fries at it was sround $20 for both plates. Some bbq placesI've been to taste sour and leave me feeling heavy. This place didnt make me feel like that. I cant complain about a thing but Icant rave either. Read more
We've been going here for years and enjoy their reasonably priced, tasty BBQ. The staff is kind and helpful, the food is a bit... above par for chain BBQ establishments, portions that are generous, and the prices are a bit below your typical BBQ joint - withdaily specials that make it an even better deal.
