Okay, so this is awkward as I've been a consistent and avid Bonos supporter for decades, however I've had extremely dry meat(... turkey, pork & brisket) from this specific location for a couple times and I've discussed this with employees as a concern andalways had positive feedback. Tonight I expressed concerns and had the ( so called owner) response of franchise ownershiprespond with ; "perhaps go elsewhere if consistently unhappy!" I've actually never requested a refund or discount but merely wasinformative of problematic & inconsistent cooking, however this is the typical arrogance arrogance of specifically how to fail abusiness!
