When we think about celebrations, Bonchon is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert... the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, my Bulgogi, Katsu, Strips, might have been the best meal I have ever beenserved. Bonchon on Beach Blvd was a good experience seeing it was me and the wife?s first time visiting. The chicken with the garlic... sauce was very tasty a great balance of garlic flavor and crispy crunch of the skin. The plain chicken was just that plain noreal flavor but excellent crunch. The bulgogi tacos were great. Nice tender beef with a cooling slaw and fiery Mayo a perfectduo. Also comes with ranch but the wife got it on the side. The bimbi bop was just that a bop. It was a myriad of flavors? aumami bomb if you will. The earthiness of the mushroom, the spicy sweet sauce, the crunch of the kimchi, the subtle egg flavorall carried by the white rice. Chef kiss.
