I go here every day for lunch. The first six months it was always fast and accurate. Since then I guess they got a new manager... and maybe the whole staff? Orders are routinely wrong, take forever to get, sometimes they aren't even fully cooked, and serviceis rude. Changing from four stars to one, go somewhere else. Read more
Used to come here little over a year ago and the customer service and food was exceptional. They also gave you decent amount of... food for the price. I went in yesterday after a year and it's completely a new crew and the portion size has decreased by morethan 50%. The eggs were very greasy, potatoes were cold and biscuit was very dry. I will say the pork chop was good. I calledthe male general manager at the store and he was very argumentative and combative. Read more
This Bo is in Jax and one of my favorites because it is so close and convenient to most of the places I visit and frequent. Love... the Country Ham Biscuit and also the Steak biscuit as well. Absolutely the best Sweet Tea out there in any restaurant. Gottalove it! AlwYs stop here for a drink before going out on the golf course and tea lasts the whole round because they have a greatstyrofoam cup. Food tastes great, restaurant was clean and staff was very friendly. They were also knowledgeable when i asked questions... regarding gluten. Service was somewhat slow, but most likely due to staffing like everything these days. Read more
This was my first experience with Bojangles, and I have to admit that it leaves quite a bit to be desired. The food wasn't bad,... but the service was simply took forever. It wasn't during a busy time, but the order for myself, wife, and two children tookover 30 minutes to prepare. It wouldn't have been so bad had we not waited for at least 10 minutes, just to be asked to pullforward because our grilled chicken was going to take another 20. Then afterwards we found out they had forgotten part of ourorder. Will I try Bojangles again - yes. Will I try this location again - most likely no. Read more
Beach Boulevard location is the worst EVER! This day and age, you should happy to have a job. These employees, forget it. The... manager on the mic literally said "Oh God" as I was ordering. I ordered 24 total chicken strips and I had to ask for sauce 3times for a total of 6. The menu literally says how many the customer receives. Burnt biscuits, tea that looks like it had beendropped on the floor, no masks being worn by employees just to name a few and this is not the first time. I used to come here alot because the biscuits were so amazing! The last 2 times I went, they have changed! I think their... forgetting to put the butter on the biscuits which is why their biscuits were so amazing! We also ordered French fries yesterdaybut had to throw them out bc there was WAY too much seasoning on them! With food prices so high, that really sucks! Take pridein your work Bojangles! Read more
