I go here every day for lunch. The first six months it was always fast and accurate. Since then I guess they got a new manager... and maybe the whole staff? Orders are routinely wrong, take forever to get, sometimes they aren't even fully cooked, and serviceis rude. Changing from four stars to one, go somewhere else. Read more
Used to come here little over a year ago and the customer service and food was exceptional. They also gave you decent amount of... food for the price. I went in yesterday after a year and it's completely a new crew and the portion size has decreased by morethan 50%. The eggs were very greasy, potatoes were cold and biscuit was very dry. This Bo is in Jax and one of my favorites because it is so close and convenient to most of the places I visit and frequent. Love... the Country Ham Biscuit and also the Steak biscuit as well. Absolutely the best Sweet Tea out there in any restaurant. Gottalove it! AlwYs stop here for a drink before going out on the golf course and tea lasts the whole round because they have a greatstyrofoam cup. I used to come here alot because the biscuits were so amazing! The last 2 times I went, they have changed! I think their... forgetting to put the butter on the biscuits which is why their biscuits were so amazing! We also ordered French fries yesterdaybut had to throw them out bc there was WAY too much seasoning on them! With food prices so high, that really sucks! Take pridein your work Bojangles! Read more
