I came in earlier today and I absolutely loved the staff. Food was good but service was even better. I came in later in the... afternoon and Sam, Yesly, and another yonna and Cassie are super stars! So, the kitchen is nasty looking and filthy. The place smells. All the tables were dirty. The manager was sitting in the lobby... doing paperwork. The employees looked unengaged. We ordered 2 pizzas. Both were burned. How do you burn something you areconstantly looking at and turning? I'll tell you! Unengaged employees and an absentee manager and a dirty oven. None of the handsanitizer dispensers worked. The toilets were disgusting. And the drink area was filthy. Let me just say, I won't be going backthere any time soon. I went to the Rivercity location on Friday and had a fairly mixed experience. What I believe to be the general manager seemed... very unaware, slow and not very fun at all. I believe one of the employees called her Genita. (Maybe needs more training?) A boynamed Sam however was the exact opposite. He was such a big help and even recommended this delicious cheesy bread with my pizza.I don?t usually leave reviews for places I?ve eaten but Sam performed very well and seemed to command his team with enthusiasm(Is he a manager?) I usually have a great experience.. however over time the presentation and friendliness of the staff has drastically decreased.... My pizzas were cut horribly but they did taste great. I would just suggest stressing presentation to the staff.???????? Read more

So impressed with the customer service we received tonight! I had an issue with the bake quality of one of our pick-up order... pizzas. I was immediately told that it would be redone and offered a beverage while I waited. Everybody apologized and did itwith a sincere smile and great attitude. Shelby (manager) came over a minute later, apologized again, and handed me a coupon fora free pizza! Mistakes happen but how you handle them and treat your customers is what sets you aside as being great. I willundoubtedly be returning to this location for their great customer service and delicious pizza! And you have to try the cheesybread, it?s melt-in-your-mouth good. Read more
This was my first time to a Blaze Pizza. Everyone was very friendly and patient with me while I figured out what I wanted. I... opted to make my own pizza. There are so many choices of sauce, cheese, toppings and drizzles. I had red sauce, mozz, mushrooms,onions, garlic and a balsamic glaze. We also had a side of breadsticks with pesto.
