Went tonight to order and was told I had to wait 45 minutes for a shift change. Honestly the most ridiculous excuse ever.
It doesn't have a variety of flavors. the favorite mantecados are always empty and the service is not good.
If I could give one star I would.I adore DashAnd have never been able to order anything 4 myself. I've been waiting for a... customers order 4 15 min. 11pm. Drive thru. Maybe it's the night shift. But they only had about 5 ice cream flavors. She handed us the wrong ice cream... flavor and also said they didn't have donuts, oh but they did because I saw them through the window. Horrible service and won'tbe going back. Read more
Went here just now looking for a cookie cake. One customer there already waited on. 4 employees walking around, trying to... look busy, no one offered to help us. So, we left..... I'll find some place with customer service focus. :) Read more
A little rude and impatient Had 5 ppl in there tonight and had me at the pickup window for 20 min for 6 donuts and 3 drinks.... Gave me the donuts and made me park for the drinks. Waiting a good 5-10 minutes no drinks. Gave the donuts back and left get ittogether Read more
Dunkin/Baskin Robbins on Casset is the best! They have the friendliest employees! They run out of things, but they try to offer... their best replacements, and they?re always busy, but their smiles make it okay. I go their all the time, and my order is alwaysright! I love this location it?s my favorite! Also, the Manger Brenda and assistant manager Deanna are so nice, and ready tohelp you! My wife went there to get me ice cream after having a very emotional evening and the lady who took the order was extremely rude... saying she could not give her ice cream but could make it into a milkshake. When my wife got to the window she read her mymessage & the response she got was ?well not my problem instead of eating it she can drink it? & slammed the window shut. Thisis extremely disappointing & I genuinely hope that she gets what she deserves. My family will NOT be back. Read more
