I used to order a cake from Baskin-Robbins located at Southside Boulevard and changed to this location as prior location... messed up my cake orders two times for my kids birthday and on one of the occasions they didn?t even return my money and Inoticed it pretty late. I ordered came from here during those times and had a decent experience until now . I have a cakeordered for pick up for sep 1 and when I came to pick up today, I was told that the cake is not there and took my number to call us back by staff . I got Call back saying that the cake is indeed present and ready for pick up so I had to travel backagain to pick it up. When I came back again to pick up for the second time the person working now there says that there is nocake order in my name and had to come back. I asked him to check back pain after three repeated requests finally they found acake and returned it and had a not a pleasant customer service experience during my conversation. There is no communicationsbetween staff members. I requested for manager number and reported they they don?t have it . I need to look beyond BaskinRobbins at this time for any future needs Read more
Worst customer service Dunkin/Baskin Robbins we ever been to. 3 times now the person taking orders made us leave due to a poor... attitude and just rushing us while ordering. Please hire some friendly staff ASAP. Will not be going back to this location.Southside Blvd it is!! Read more
The only reason I rated 5 stars is because of the service Kianna gave me! I had come in for a milkshake after having dental work... and was surprised to find they didn't have chocolate ice cream or bananas or hot fudge or peanut butter or anything! The younglady was very nice and was able to make a great shake without many ingredients! Thank you to her for being so gracious! I amvery grateful! 1 star to Baskin Robbins and 5 star to Kianna! The staff is always friendly at this one and today was no different. They are a Dunkin/Baskin combo so everything is there.... Although due to Corona, not all menu items are available. Read more
My son wanted ice cream at about 20 minutes before closing. They were very welcoming and didn't rush us at all. They even had... fresh waffle cones....at closing!!! They were very kind...and we had plenty of laughs. They even unlocked the door for me afterwe left and they locked up to close...to give me a spoon. Definitely will be back. Thanks Ladies! Read more
Very rude drive thru employee. She wouldn't read me the list of 21 flavors today, instead she told me I can get strawberry or... vanilla, not chocolate, and that she wouldn't tell me anything else. rude unprofessional and wasting my time and those behindme. a 5 second list of icecreams is enough.
