Addendum Didn?t get my cake when ordered in Sep and Agin Feb 22 On review of my pay statements .. noticed that money paid is... also not returned back as promised . Ordered Cake for my wife birthday and on the day of pick up , informed that they don?thave person who prepares the cake and so is not prepared . There is no prior call or message about inability to make cake bymanagement . Staff informed that manager will give me a call next day about it and never happened and I was finally able To gethold of him after multiple calls a week later .that?s in 2018 Again ordered cake in 2022 Feb . Cake was ready per manager butstaff working that day said there is no cake and had to leave . I left a call to manager who informs me that cake is preparedand is there to pick up and there was miscommunication from staff and she even offered me to pick it up free Of charge ( But Ialready picked new cake from Cold stone by then and declined the nice gesture by her ) . I was told I will get call next day toget details to process my refund and never happened . I didn?t try to call Them back again and I just called mg bank to disputethe transaction at this time . Tried to go today around 8:55 for my friend?s bday desert, the website says it closes at 10:00 (i work at a coldstone and I hate... when customers come in right before closing so I?d never purposely come in before it closed) but the worker said she won?t scoopour ice cream (literally one scoop of chocolate) because it?s too hard and that we had to hurry up with another choice becausethey closed in five minutes (even though the website said it closed in an hour) Such a rude worker. I know it?s a minimum wagejob, but if your at work you should do your job and not ruin people?s nights for literally an extra minute of work. Good luck ina professional job lol. Read more
They served me ice cream on a soggy waffle cone. I could roll it like a paper towel. When I asked the cashier about it, she... said only morning shift made cones and shrugged. No attempt to fix it. My husband's sundae was full of freezer ice crystals. Yuck. Read more
Stopped in for an ice cream. Staff was pleasant and store seemed clean enough. Ice cream (pistachio almond) had a not entirely... unpleasant or concerning but slightly odd taste....realized partly through that it had a taste undertone of COFFEE...this is anice cream and coffee (dunkin) shop...no doubt the strong and everpresent coffee aroma was imparted into the ice cream...bottomline....not the best place to get ice cream if you are particular about flavor... Wish I read the reviews before placing the order. Ordered an icecream cake for my son?s 1st birthday 2 months ago. It was melted... and split in half. We had no cake to serve to cut or to serve to the guests. I contacted customer service the next day and wastold that someone from the store is going to contact me but no one did. I have made several calls and sent several emails. Noproper response. Never getting anything from them again!! Read more
The staff were really nice. The establishment itself was pretty run down and could probably use some investment and sprucing up.... We had ice cream only (no donuts or anything) and enjoyed our desserts. Would probably go back if we stay at the same nearbyhotel. Read more
The milkshakes are pretty decent but overpriced in my opinion. The employees were very friendly though.
