Went for ice cream with out of town guests. She wanted a waffle cone with chocolate- nope out. We sat and ate there cuz it?s hot... in Florida- they started cleaning the machines, very loud and very rude. Last Christmas holiday went through drive through- hadto go through 3 different sorbet before they had one. But again we know- good help is hard to find these days. We?ll besearching for another ice cream spot to bring our out of town guests. Read more
They need a solution for when ice cream is too hard to scoop. Annoying for clients and employees
Went for icecream. They don't post the flavors on the menu, so after checking on the website, we made our order. Only to find... out they didn't have many of the listed flavors. We finally found selections they have and my kids would like. We made them"creatures" only to find out after they handed us the icecream that they were out of the dolphins. So we paid $3.99 for creatureicecream that ended up being a single small scope in a cup.. I ordered a vanilla shake for myself and it was not at all frozen,it was was all liquid, like butter milk. My wife got a cone and hers turned out fine. So that is how they earned the 2nd star.Very disappointed, we won't back. Read more
We enjoyed our experience getting some ice cream and donuts. The staff was helpful at letting us taste some samples to assist us... in making a choice. Friendly and quick with orders. Will visit again. Read more
This was the Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts location. The service was polite and professional. I bought ice tea. It was... ridiculously sweet and undrinkable. I had to pour it into a pitcher at home and brew more tea to add to it. So much for a coldrefreshing drink on the go. Read more
Came here with my husband via drive thru and the experience was the worst we?ve ever experienced! First they told us to pull up... and wait which was fine until I noticed that the FOUR cars behind us got their food before us. It wasn?t until I physically gotout of my car when a woman came out running to my car and basically threw the bag at my husband...no apology for the wait oranything! Thought everything was good until opening the bag and seeing that the sandwiches were falling apart before I even tookthem out which leads me to believe that whoever prepared our food wasn?t watching what they were doing. Attempted to go here with my prego best friend and family over 6 people and it was 930 we were told sorry closed however... website says 10 then called and was Rudy told by an employee good luck with that and have fun trying when we asked about closingtime. Never heard of someone not wanting to simply scoop up ice cream especially close to holidays if you hate your job st leastfake it til you make it . Not worth it going here anymore Read more
