Young girl working there is incredibly rude. 2:05 waiting in line, standing back waiting for my daughter. ?are you going to... order?? Just one second, I replied. Closes window, puts sign up that they will be back at 2:30. Fine, go sit and relax behindthe kiosk in shade and wait. Had time to kill. Go back at 2:30 (during this 20 min both employees eat and play on phonesOutback). Young girl opens window and says ?it?s just us here today, we just sat down to eat, come back at 3?. Worst service ever. Employee is so rude, the girl taking the order never greet me back, I have to wait for the order over 10... minutes while people who is ordering after me getting the same thing I?m waiting for right away. Hours says open at 11am I get there at 11:05am lady is making pretzels says she can?t serve me until 20 minutes from now due to... her not being done making pretzels in time. Meanwhile she had pretzels readily available in warmer. If you can?t open at thetime stated then change your hours. Rude service as well. I wasn?t rude to her. Miss Sindy P. Could really use a training on customer service. I had been craving pretzels for a while and took advantage that... we were in the area shopping, I decided to swing by I guess a few minutes before closing and encountered her at the window?shewas unpleasant from the beginning and told us the only items available were the ones on the window. I proceeded to ask about aspecific pretzel that was placed inside a bag to which she rudely responded with that belong to someone else. Well ok sorry forasking. I was craving some pretzel hot dogs. Went up there to order some, but sadly they were out. They told me ?come back in 10-15... minutes.? Thats exactly what I?ve done. I came back and the lady told me ?come back in 20 minutes.? I killed some time byshopping and I came back for one last time. Then they are going to tell me ?we don?t have any pretzel dogs.? I rushed over to get to Auntie Anne?s before they closed. I made it there at 6:40pm with 20 minutes to spare to their closing... time of 7pm. The worker purposely turned away when I walked up and when she saw me still standing there, she gave me a dirtylook and gave the ?cut off? signal to let me know they closed. If you?re going to close early, at least put a sign in the windowor be nice about it! It?s not the customer?s fault you?re not adhering to what your hours are stated. Read more
How can you have no pretzels??? Literally none, only 2 hotdogs. I was also here last week and the line was tremendously long.... It took literally 10 minutes for one person to order. I left.
