I wanted some pretzels bites, I asked her if they were fresh and she said yes. I got to the car and they were chewy and barley... had any salt on them. Not to mention when I walked up, she was eating a meal on the outside of the booth. She walked in to takemy order and did not wash or sanitize her hands. I ordered two cups of Hotdog pretzel bites, left and was headed back to work when I check the bag and noticed that the lady had... given me the wrong items. I return with the items and explained to the lady she gave me the wrong item. All she said was itwould be 8 minutes on what I asked for. After waiting 15 minutes right in front of their booth, i noticed there were pretzelhotdog bites in their case. So I walked up and had to ask for the order, she then tried to charge me again, when this was theirfault. She said they don't except exchanges even know she didn't give me what I ordered. While standing there she gave a ladythe wrong item and when she came back she fixed her order no charge. And I didn't even get offered what the originally gave meneither. The line was so long, we "Skipped the line; Order on-line" (like the sign said)... We stepped out of line & asked the pretzel... maker: "How will you notify us that our pretzels are ready?" She replied: "We're too busy to take on-line orders, so wecancelled your order and you'll get a refund"!?. Makes no sense at all!?. I suggested she take down the 3 or 4 signs and shesaid: "No, we take on-line orders when it's SLOW"!?. What???? Not only did the CREDIT not appear on my credit card... Theycharged me TWICE!!! I had to file a dispute w/ my Credit Card Co. on the first charge and a "Fraud Claim" on the 2nd charge(once it posts). What a scam!!!??? Read more

Nice location on the ground floor of the Avenues Mall that has been there since it opened but my first visit. The line was long... but the 4 employees worked well as a team which is nice to see. I ordered the Pretzel with no salt for $3.89 and Honey MustardSauce which was nice and fresh. If you're in the Mall suggest you try any and all sections they offer. Read more

Ordered the hot chocolate frost in advertised picture. Was handed a regular soda cup with no whipped cream or chocolate drizzle.... Just a barely frozen chocolate milk. Waste of $4.19 and nothing like advertised. Read more
