Hot trash. Hours old pretzel. No pretzel bites available. Why even open?

Food was okay. Seeing some other reviews apparently there is an issue were only certain people can take cash. We were asked... how we were paying as we would have to wait until someone returned if we were paying cash. The lady that helped us was notfriendly and it took awhile for someone to even come to the counter to help us. We were buying from here and I asked for asample of the cinnamon nugget as I had never had one and didn't want to buy a whole cup of I didn't like it. Unlike most placeswe visited this weekend, I was immediately shot down with just a "we don't have samples." Customer service is not apparently afocal point here due to the captive audience. The absolute rudest place you will ever visit anywhere on the planet. Food is not handled with care. Disgusting. A serious joke... and a shame it hasn?t been shut down. Just doesnt provide good customer service, the only location that cant do flavors on nuggets because there is no "button" for... it. Accept the full pretzel in my flavor to get barely any flavor at all. And this isnt the 1st time.... Read more

Do not buy anything at this place!! The most expensive pretzel dog I've ever eaten!! $8.87 + tax = $9.00!!! What a rip off!!!

The girl that was working there at 830pm on the 11th of june was so kind. She made my night just the simple saying happy... birthday made me have tears of kindness. I have been having such a hard year and this is the first time my late husband is nothear to pick me up from the airport and I and really just going through it. I ordered food here and was refused a water. So, I had to go buy one for $4 at one of the local stores.

Be careful of the prices. The combos all cost more than the individual items cost. And the single item I got rang up about $1.30... more so I made her manually enter the price on the menu on the wall. But the item was fresh and tasty. Read more
