Not real happy. This Arby's, like the others in the area, only have their dining room open during absurdly narrow hours. Most... other fast foods are open more hours (but not all). Stopped yesterday and discovered they have discontinued paper coupons.Ordered anyway, but became aware of higher prices than what we expected. If you order the lemonade, go ahead and choose thenormal soft drink lid. They gave us the domed lid and we discovered it doesn't work well with their straw, which, I think, waspreviously used as a coffee stirrer. With the soft drink lid, at least the straw didn't disappear inside. Current choices in the'2 for $6' was rather limited compared to what I have seen in the past. Closed at 830 pm. Says they close at 11pm. 20 minutes out of the way to find a closed restaurant
This Arbys is terrible. Operating hours mean nothing to the employees of this location. Hours say open until 11pm, showed up 3... separate times at 9pm, 8pm and, 7pm, staff was walking to their cars when I showed up at 7pm. They even keep the lights onafter they close. UPDATED: I was frustrated last Sun 12/12/21, but I was impressed by management's prompt reply! TL; DR: Call this Arby's to... verify if they are open. I don't normally get this frustrated, but this had been the umpteenth time we had gone to a fast-foodor casual-food chain that was closed when Google Maps says they were open, and it was the straw that broke the camel's back.Sometimes my hubby and I wonder if the workers that night decide to close up early. Anyhow, I'm grateful for management's quickand apologetic response, explaining that their operational hours may vary during this time, and to phone next time todouble-check. That is something I will do for Arby's going forward. However -- in this day and age, with so many people relyingon Google Maps for hours, and not always having enough decent reception to call when on the road, it would be in fast-foodchains' best interests to keep their hours up-to-date. *** Rocked up to Arby?s at 9:15pm on Sunday and it was closedcompletely. Hours listed on Google Maps as 9am - 11 pm. If hours hasn?t been updated in ages I would be forgiving, but they wereonly updated 2 weeks ago. Very disappointing. Hours changed to close at 8pm(Google still states differently), was there shortly before. At least give me the common courtesy... that you are closed instead of me waiting in the drive through as I know you are getting that alert that I am there. Edit: evenwith Arby?s recognizing the hour changes seen below, they still have not taken action to correct the hours listed within Google.Also, if a customer arrives before closing, shouldn?t they still be offered service? The manager and window attendant were both incredibly nice, responsive, and attentive. Our food was fresh and hot. You could... tell they enjoyed doing their job. 10/10 will return. Chick-fil-A level service. Read more
Friendly Staff and AMAZING NEW Sandwiches! I stopped in to grab a bite to eat while I waited for a phone repair. I tried the... Steak & Bacon Melt which is one of their new Petite Filet Steak Sandwiches, it was AMAZING! This is a limited time only sandwichand is definitely worth stopping in for! Next time I am going to try the Garlic Butter Steak one, can't wait!!!! The locationis easy to get in and out of, also conveniently located to I295! Very Clean and well maintained establishment too! Went here on June 4, 2021. Hours on Arby's site says they close at 12am. Placed an order through their website around 11:05pm... and it told me the order will be ready at 11:25pm. I arrive there at 11:20pm and they were closed!! Sign at restaurant saysthey close at 11pm but the website says 12am. Of course they didn't mind charging me still!!!
