I came yesterday and the day before was night and day. On Wednesday it was slow and the person on the line who name was ... Have alot of street people asking for money. Told employees inside store. They act like it was nothing. Then we wanted to order... some food. And ask a employee we want to make a order after that. It took them 20 minutes to get are food. While we were waiting.some street people came in restaurant. And one of the employee gave them some food and drink cup. After that more came in andmore cups were given .i made a comment there a lot of street people hanging around restaurant. Now I can see why. Then we saw aguy pick up a large cup laying in the parking lot and he came inside and fill up the cup. Wander what the health departmentwould think of this? Told manager and nothing was said. If there having problems call the police. But don't wine and dine them . I also wanted to clean my hands there was a dial lock on it. So I told my wife I wait. Right after we clean the table a streetperson came in and open the lock and a guy in a car came in the bathroom and they were in there for over 5 minutes and then theycame out the guy from the car left and the street person sat down with 2 other people and pass money to them. I told my wifelets get out of here .this was the arbys at j terner Blvd in Jacksonville Fla. Will not go back there until they clean this up.ps while this was going on looks like they were having a meeting or paychecks were given out a lot of arbys employees went intoa back room. Read more
The dining room is OPEN. several chain restaurants across HWY 1. They post signs stating: Dining room open. However when you... walk up, you realize that the dining room is closed. This Arby's has always had good service. Now they even have some fishoptions. The mac n cheese is good and crinkle fries are an option to curly fries. Read more
It just works. Good customer service. They're not super miserable at their job and taking it out on you. My food is always... fresh. The lines aren't wrapped around the building.
